Welcome to Legal Concepts:

 

Please allow me the opportunity to introduce myself and provide you with the background of this company.  I started working in the legal industry in the Sacramento region back in 1986!   I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School in 1999.  Three years ago, I began teaching college level legal classes including civil litigation, employment law, ethics and legal terminology.  I was also a key developer in the on line legal curriculum. 

 

Over the years, I was afforded the opportunity to work in many areas of law including civil litigation, complex litigation, appellate law, employment law, business law, family law, criminal law, and the like.  I recognized that I enjoyed the wide range of law that attorneys practiced and found that I did not want to limit myself to one area.  I also found that I enjoyed doing the "background" work for attorneys and working with them as a team to do the best job possible on their cases.  It was for those reasons that I decided to create a business in 2002 that could cater to the ever changing needs of lawyers in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.

 

Some of our clients use us on their more "work-intensive" cases to do pre-litigation research and investigation, litigation assistance, and trial preparation.  These clients have the advantage of having a "partner" from start to finish in a case that may otherwise be overwhelming for one person to keep track of.  Other clients of ours have us come to their office on a regularly scheduled basis to pick up whatever work needs to be completed and the work is returned the next week or by the deadline assigned. The rest of our clients use our services to prepare discovery, demand packages or other "projects" on a case by case basis.
